About Us

Property Management Ireland (P.M.I.) Company was established by businessman, Jack Keane in 2001. Initially, they managed the exclusive student accommodation near Limerick Institute of Technology, Cratloe Wood Village. Cratloewood complex is a private purpose built development designed to accommodate students in a friendly village style environment, providing accommodation for over five hundred students. The village has over two hundred and ten apartments comprising of two and three bedrooms. P.M.I. are responsible for 24hour security, CCTV, on-site maintenance services, residential caretaker and the management team.

Over the past six years, P.M.I. has developed their portfolio to include many other student villages and private apartment complexes in the region. They have developed their own unique approach to property management, a full-time professional attitude which has contributed enormously to the growth of the company. Through the years, they have seen the necessity to be able to provide in-house, all the services for the properties on their books. From maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, security, they offer a complete management service.

The theme has grown as the business has developed. “We are totally committed to the job in hand and our skills now include expertise in all the necessary areas to give all the investors and owners a thoroughly professional and personal service.” Said Jack. “We guarantee ‘day to day’ visits to each and every property on our client-base and take pride in the fact that no matter what problem arises; we have the resources to solve it. Having successfully proven our skills in private property management, we have added a commercial wing to our business. This sector has seen a huge growth and now we have many commercial premises and offices as clients. Again, we provide all the services they require, sourcing the individual services needed by the client, and providing efficient, reliable and excellent service,” stated Jack.

P.M.I. have gathered expertise and experience from every stage of their development and the team now offer the property or apartment investor a worry-free and tangible source of return on their investment. The property owner can feel comfortable in the knowledge that a professional company with a professional team in property management has their best interest in mind.

 

Jack Keane started up Property Management Ireland in 2002. Prior to starting P.M.I., Jack worked with Grants of Ireland in Sales and Marketing after having spent 20 years in the hotel and catering industry. His many years of experience within a variety of General Management roles at various hotel developments throughout Europe gave him unprecedented knowledge to understand the previously untapped apartment accommodation market in Ireland.

Jack’s focus is on delivering a company that strives to put the Client/Investor to the forefront and is creating a company that identifies service as the No.1 component.

Jack holds a Degree in Hotel and Catering Management from Galway College.

 

Aoife Browne has been involved with P.M.I. since 2003. Having studied Business and Tourism Management at the University of Wales in Cardiff (BA Honour degree), Aoife has since worked in Business Sales, P.R. & Marketing and now Property Management.

Aoife currently liaises with property Owners/Investors and is responsible for managing all aspects of the operational side of the property management services provided by P.M.I.. Some of her responsibilities include; managing the service payments and rental payouts to all, liaising with Directors and Management Committees of the private residential properties and also assisting the company director, Jack Keane in chairing AGM’s.

 

Claire has worked with P.M.I. since May 2005 and is based at Ashdown Village where she handles the day to day running of the student village.

Claire is also heavily involved in our accounts department and is responsible for the day to day accounts issues and preparations for Ashdown Village.

Claire has a diploma in Business and Economics and is currently studying to be Accounting Technician.

 

Lorraine Loughnane has worked with P.M.I. since 2007. As Accounts Assistant, Lorraine is responsible for preparing the accounts for many of the Residential properties managed by P.M.I.. Lorraine also prepares the accounts for two of our student locations.

Prior to joining P.M.I. Lorraine worked as an Accounts Payable Assistant for GE Sensing EMEA, a Manufacturing company in Shannon.
