Clontarf Hall is a student complex located near the city centre and approximately 10 minutes walking distance from Mary Immaculate College. Clontarf Hall consists of 16 units made up of two and three bedroom apartments.
Old Cratloe Road, Limerick, Ireland
Cratloe Wood Student Village is the largest privately owned student accommodation complex in Ireland. The 12.5 acre site was acquired in 2000. The finished development includes 238 apartments and 956 bed-spaces used throughout the academic year as the accommodation of choice for the students of Limerick Institute of Technology. The development takes advantage of the “Section 50” tax incentive programme.
P.M.I. have in place a full management team for the Village and it has been running successfully at high occupancy since completion, in 2004.

Harriston is comprised of 14 townhouses and 14 apartments and caters for 126 students. It qualifies for section 50 tax relief on rental income. It is approximately a 10 minute walk from LIT and there is also a shuttle bus to and from the college available free of charge for the Students.

Hartstonge Gate is a student complex located near the city centre and approximately 15 minutes walking distance from Mary Immaculate College. Hartstonge Gate consists of 41 two bedroom apartment units.
All apartments are fully fitted. Only bedding and towels needed. Laundry room with washing and drying facilities located on ground floor. Call out security number available outside office hours. Please note internet connection is extra.
